Pawhuska High School football players T.J. Finn, center, and Chanler Collins line up as receivers during a spring football practice held Thursday morning at Ormand Beach Stadium. Last week’s workouts were directed by PHS Principal Joe Sindelar (at left) and coach Mark Frye. Since Huskie head coach/athletic director Bob Craig resigned in April due to family-related matters, Sindelar has been coordinating scheduling and coaching assignments with the local board of education. Advertisements have been run seeking a replacement for Craig, but Sindelar is stepping in to lead the team in the interim. Sindelar, who is beginning his third year as principal here, has ample coaching experience. He led Woodland to a Class A state title in 2010 and a runner-up finish in 2011. Prior to that, Sindelar won championships while head coach at Morrison in 1993, 1994 and 2003. Mike Erwin/Journal-Capital
