Pawhuska’s Joe O’Rourke claimed the Osage Steer Roping Club’s 2014 Division A championship during the recent season finals event at Bar K Arena. O’Rourke led an All-Pawhuska sweep of the top three places, as Cody Garnett placed second and Chet Herren took third.
