The Friends of the Drummond Home recently announced they have a new helper working at the home site. Mika Fields, of Hominy, is working part time for the next six weeks under the JOM Summer Youth program.

The Drummond Home style show is well under way and is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Aug. 16 at the First Presbyterian Church, located 205 North Price, Hominy. Martha Ray and her group of models will be present to show styles representing all “Downtown Abbey” fans

Tickets are on sale now at $10 each and can be purchased at the Drummond Home or by mail. The home is selling 50 reservation tickets and these will include a spot for the style show, door prizes and refreshments. For more information, call 918-885-2374. All proceeds will go toward the Drummond Home.

The Drummond Home is located at 305 North Price, Hominy, OK 74035. Hours of operation are: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays with tours given between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.; and 1-5 p.m. Sundays with the last tour beginning at 4 p.m. For more information about the home site or the upcoming style show, call at 918-885-2374.
