Drummond Family Reunion draws relatives from afar

The Drummond Family Reunion was Saturday, June 22, and family members came from far and wide to attend.

Beth Sweet and Amanda Ball of Wichita Falls, Texas were just two of the ladies who planned and organized this event. Fifty reservations for a lunch were made at the Hominy Wild Country Meat Market where the family met, ate a wonderful meal, and found to reacquaint themselves with family they had not seen in quite some time! Afterwards, the family came to the Drummond home to tour the home and visit. Refreshments were served. Later that evening, a big meal and get together was planned for the family at the home of Missy and Tim Drummond’s home outside of Pawhuska.

It was a wonderful and fun day for all and many enjoyable memories were made. Thank you Drummond family!

Lacey Dawn Mahan and Michelle Well, two members of the Drummond home Friend’s group, came to help Curator Beverly Whitcomb with the festivities. All provided the cookies and punch that was served that day. Thank you so much Lacey and Michelle for you help.
